How Jio as a Newcomer Took Over Other Network Service Provider?

If you are an Indian, You must know about Jio, the most popular Network Service Provider developed by Reliance, the richest man of India. It took over other companies in an instant. Here's How.

When 4G was fairly new, Jio was the first company to bring it to India. It was a new company and it directly went to 4G. So it didn't have to worry about all of the old 2G and 3G Technologies. And when they started Jio, they started giving free mobile data. And by free I mean around 2 GB Data per day for only getting a SIM Card(Subscribe Identity Module). So, why would anyone even bother going to other paid countries? And even when it became paid, it was still considered cheap to date.

Other companies have a total loss, as they cannot stick to 3G as no one would use it. If they go to 4G technology, they would have to buy a lot of new technology and the old tech  was worthless. But the whole market was shifting towards 4G, so they had to make this move. But even after that, they would encounter more loss, as Jio was super cheap and to recover, they needed money. But if they make it expensive, people will still go to Jio. So they had to find business tactics to make users use their network. They said things like "We care for you" or "We have the best internet speed" etc.

But Indians generally want cheaper price, so they even ported their SIMs of other companies to Jio. As a result, the few guys left around other companies generally get rewards for no reason such as 10 GB data for 10 Days for Free.

So, that's how Jio took over other Network Service Provider. No doubt why the owner of the Jio is the richest man in India. Anyways, do you use similar business tactics? Let us know down below.
